Come journey to your inner world as we gather and walk in the embrace of the wild outdoors together.
“And into the forest I go, to lose my mind and find my soul.”
– John Muir
Come journey, come journey
To the depths of your soul
In the embrace of the wild outdoors
Held in circle with fellow travelers
To shed our masks
Reveal our light and shadow
Bring awareness to our habitual ways
Come journey
In commune with nature
As we find our quiet
Listen to the wind, plants and stones
For whispers of wisdom
Together we will pause,
inhale and exhale
Feel, witness and share
Allow clarity to arise
Reset our hearts
Give gratitude for our gifts
May we remember our true nature
May we remember our Oneness with all
Come journey

Wilderness retreats are one-off immersions, between 3 to 7 days, for small groups of people. Held in secluded natural settings, these guided journeys—through intentional walking, contemplation, and heartfelt sharing—invite us to remember our innate inter-being with one another and the sacred Earth. When we surrender to nature as our teacher, life flows with ease and grace, helping us heal our wounds of separation, disconnection and fear.
Drawing on my skills as a psychotherapist, space-holder and Flow Game Host, I create safe containers for small groups of ‘walkers’ to meet the wild outdoors, explore inner landscapes, awaken soul callings, and connect heartfully with one another. We spend time in contemplation alone, seek wisdom and clarity through a collective process called the Flow Game, express ourselves through movement and dance, enjoy silent walks, swim in natural ponds, and deepen friendships over bonfires.
