“As you start to walk out on the way,
the way appears.”

— Rumi

walking as one

is an invitation to reconnect with our deeper nature and to access the healing power that lives within us through a variety of therapeutic approaches.

It is an invitation to find our way back to an innate sense of wholeness, even amidst our suffering.

Our life circumstances may often lead us to feel alone, depressed, distracted, anxious or empty. We may hold old trauma in our physical and emotional bodies which keeps us unable to move forwards in life, or realize our full potential. At these times, we may need support from another to jointly inquire into our experience, invoking deeper transformation:

  • How can we hold our suffering with more ease – opening and learning from it, rather than resisting?

  • How can we know our inner self more intimately, so we meet our outer world more harmoniously?

  • How can we live more fully, connecting to our deeper soul-purpose?

Core Process Psychotherapy

A mindfulness-based approach that combines Buddhist awareness practices with Western psychotherapeutic principles, in an individualized talk-therapy setting.

Craniosacral Therapy

A healing modality that nurtures the physical body and the inner spirit. Using a gentle, highly trained touch, a practitioner restores the body’s natural rhythms and calms the nervous system.

Wilderness Retreats

These guided journeys—through intentional walking, contemplation, and heartfelt sharing—invite us to remember our innate inter-being with one another and the sacred Earth.

Meet Taara

With much joy, I share that my deepest gladness arises in my role as a therapist and healer. After nearly two decades in public health and policy, I gradually transitioned into this more heart-centered path, where I now hold space for others with presence and depth.

I’m a UKCP-accredited psychotherapist with an MA in Mindfulness-Based Psychotherapeutic Practice from the Karuna Institute, UK. I’ve been in private practice in Goa since 2020, working both in person and online. I also draw on fifteen years of experience as a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist, bringing a strong somatic and embodied approach to my work.

In addition to one-on-one work, I facilitate small-group wilderness retreats that invite reconnection—with our inner world, the natural world, and each other. I believe in the quiet wisdom of the body, the healing power of nature, and the possibility of feeling whole.

I feel deeply honored to walk alongside my clients in their journeys of self-discovery and transformation.
