Core Process Psychotherapy is a mindfulness-based approach that combines Buddhist awareness practices with Western psychotherapeutic principles, in an individualized talk-therapy setting.  The practice is rooted in the belief that inherent health is present in each of us, even when our life’s circumstances seem to obscure this, and contacting that aspect of ourselves can help us unfurl and move through the most challenging of times.

By working together at depth, I will support you to inquire into your inner process and outer experience in an open and non-judgmental way, helping you find greater acceptance and new ways of relating to yourself. Through the Core Process approach, we attune to our present condition in the here-and-now, paying attention not only to our cognitive and emotional experience, but also to our whole body, physically and energetically, as we slow down to listen, feel, sense and visualize.

This is long term work for which weekly, one-hour sessions are recommended. My per session fees are offered on a sliding-scale of INR 3,500 to 4,500 for Indian residents and UK 55-65 for non-residents. I am happy to schedule an initial call to explore if this is the right approach for you.

"Just as something greater than ourselves causes the wound in us, something greater than ourselves is trying to be born from that wound."
